Symphonic Works

Notre Dame de Paris (2023)

For orchestra
Program notes:
The symphonic suite Notre-Dame de Paris offers a musical characterization of the main characters in Victor Hugo’s novel of the same name: Claude Frollo, Quasimodo, and Esmeralda. Although at first glance they seem profoundly different, a closer analysis reveals common traits, united by the same inner tension between love, suffering, and destiny.
